Product descriptions, specifications, and supporting records should be reviewed together. General website information should not be treated as proof of a specific product’s composition, purity, identity, or suitability.

Before ordering, review the individual product page carefully. Depending on the product, relevant details may include:

Look for documents that are specifically associated with the product or batch, where such documents are available.

Distinguish stated specifications from independently verified findings and from general explanatory content.

3. Testing and Certificates of Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or laboratory report may provide information about particular tests performed on a sample. Its meaning depends on the document, methods, sample identity, date, issuing laboratory, and stated results.
A document should not be assumed to apply to every batch or establish characteristics that it did not test. The presence of a report also does not, by itself, establish suitability for every intended use.

4. Batch and Traceability Information
Where batch or lot identifiers are provided, compare the identifier on the relevant product or packaging with the identifier shown in the accompanying documentation.
If identifiers do not match, a document is illegible, or the relationship between a document and a product is unclear, contact us for clarification before relying on that record.
Do not assume that batch tracking or traceability is available for every product unless the relevant information has been provided and verified.
5. Authenticity Questions
If you have a question about a product listing, an identifying label, or a document supplied with an order, contact Rhome Research Lab and include the relevant product name and order reference, if available.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information when making an enquiry.
6. Storage, Handling, and Intended Use
